Print QR Code and Instructions

Step 1: Click "Select a Flyer" (dropdown menu), click on your child's name, and verify their date of birth.

Step 2: Choose your preferred language.

Step 3: Enter your (parent/guardian) information.

Step 4: Select "Not Flying".

Step 5: Click "Add Minor" - enter child's legal first and last name.

Step 6: Select "Flying", then provide your minor's information.

Step 7: Initial all boxes and complete yes/no questions.

Step 8: Watch pre-flight safety video in full before moving forward (your student will also view this video on-site).

Step 9: Sign and check-in!
