Flyer Waiver Selection and Instructions

* Please be sure that waivers are completed using the name exactly as it appears in the drop down menu below.

1. Click "Select a Flyer" (dropdown menu above), click on your child's name, and verify their date of birth. A new window will then appear.
2. Choose your preferred language.
3. Enter your (parent/guardian) information.
4. Select "Not Flying".
5. Click "Add Minor" - enter child's legal first and last name.
6. Select "Flying", then provide your minor's information.
7. Initial all boxes and complete yes/no questions.
8. Watch pre-flight safety video in full before moving forward (your student will also view this video onsite).
9. Sign and check-in!
